Submitting a Character
Understand required fields, previews, review statuses, and requested changes.
You may save an unfinished character privately for as long as needed. Final submission becomes available only after every required field passes validation. Missing sections will be identified before you can continue.
Review the complete application and artwork before pressing Submit. Press the button once. It immediately disables and shows that the application is processing. The server also uses a unique submission key so refreshing, lag, or repeated requests cannot create duplicate applications.
After submission, track the application from the Player Portal. Possible statuses include Submitted, In Review, Changes Requested, Approved, Rejected, or Withdrawn. If staff requests changes, reply through the application workflow and update the requested material. Do not create a duplicate application for the same character.
Only Admins and designated Application Reviewers may access the Staff Character Applications page. Approval, requested changes, rejection, and corrections are recorded. Approved applications create or update the canonical character profile and ownership record.
Questions about an unusual history, relationship, accessory, spiritual connection, or plot may require a separate Story Question or approval request.
