This section manages changes players request for approved characters.
Use the queue filter to find waiting, active, or completed requests. Start Now claims a waiting request for review. Use the player-visible response box to explain decisions or request additional information.
Choosing Needs Information sends the request back to the player and removes its staff assignment so any staff member can continue it after the player responds. Approved or Denied closes the request. Players can view all responses and statuses from the Requests & Tickets tab in their Player Portal.

Use the filters to view all applications or narrow the list to Pending, Changes Requested, Approved, or Rejected.
Pending applications are waiting for their first review. Changes Requested applications have been returned to the player for corrections. Approved and Rejected applications are completed records.
Open an application to review its full details before changing its status. Only approve an application once all required information is complete. When requesting changes, clearly explain what the player needs to fix.

Use the News Panel to publish site news and notification announcements.
Enter a title, notification message, importance level, expiration date, and destination URL. The destination should be the published article’s exact dynamic page link so View News opens the correct post.
To change an existing announcement, select it from the published-news list and use the editing controls instead of creating a duplicate. Always test the View News button after publishing or updating an article.

Use Lifecycle & Records to manage inactivity warnings, grace periods, voluntary hiatuses, returns, and character archiving.
Select a filter, choose a character, review their recent RP, feeding, and activity information, then select the appropriate staff action. Add a clear reason or warning note before applying it.
An inactivity warning begins the character’s grace period while preserving their records. Lifecycle statuses do not change automatically. Staff must review the record and apply the final action. Archiving preserves the character’s history rather than deleting it.
The inactivity policy controls how many inactive days pass before a warning and how long the grace period lasts.
