Choose a unique player username that other members can recognize. This is your out-of-character identity and is separate from every character name. Usernames cannot impersonate staff or another member and must follow the Community Rules.

During profile setup, add your pronouns. Standard and custom pronoun options are welcome. You may also add a short public bio. Discord is optional: you can provide a Discord username for coordination without making it public. Use the visibility setting if you want other members to see it.

Your username and completed Player Guide are both required before you may post in OOC Chat. Until then, the chat remains readable and displays the steps still needed.

Username changes require staff approval so ownership, notifications, requests, and historical records remain connected. A username change does not change your member ID or ownership history. Staff retain a private username history for safety and recordkeeping.
